換了一個國家或城市，要在 LinkedIn 上快速建立連結、讓獵頭一眼看見你，「求職貼文」的寫作方式非常重要。

很多人寫得太含蓄，或者忽略了關鍵的「簽證身分」，導致溝通成本增加、錄取機率大幅下降。

今天想以我落地英國曼徹斯特 (Manchester) 後的首篇 LinkedIn 貼文為例，拆解如何寫出一篇兼具「專業高度」與「落地實戰感」的求職文章。

一、 標題：用「關鍵字」疊加專業人設

LinkedIn 文章的第一行字就是你的門面。不要只寫「Looking for Jobs」，要用 | 符號隔開你的最高學歷、核心職稱和領域。

三、 核心價值：精確的「四個點」

不要寫「落落長」的自傳，而是用條列式（bullet points）點出你最強大的四個標籤。以我自己為例：

1. 學術深度： 翻譯與跨文化溝通的 PhD。

2. 商管思維： UBC MBA 的商務戰略訓練。

3. 實戰經驗： 留學教育顧問的 CEO 經歷。

4. 資本視野： 投創基金 (VC) 的 CIO 背景。

四、 亮點（Sweet Spot）：告訴對方你的「舒適區」

大部分求職者條列了許多自己的「強項」，卻沒說自己「在哪個點上最能發揮優勢」，導致臨門一腳、功虧一簣。

記得你的文章中一定要有一段文字，定義你最擅長的交集點。例如：「我的優勢在於跨文化溝通、以人為本的管理、海外教育與教育科技（EdTech）的交會處。」這能幫助 HR 或 Recruitment Managers 快速將你歸類到合適的職位。

五、 關鍵中的關鍵：簽證狀態 (Visa Status)

在海外求職，這是最重要的門檻。如果你持有 HPI Visa（高潛力人才簽證） 或其他不需要雇主擔保的簽證，請務必加粗強調。
